Stallwise Privacy Policy

Stallwise is an app for makers and vendors to track what they earn at markets, fairs and pop-ups. It is operated by EBEN Labs LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the app collects, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a password. Passwords are stored in hashed form; we cannot read them.
- Business details you choose to add: your business name, your hourly rate, and which cost categories you use.
- Event records you enter: event names, dates, locations, notes, sales, costs and hours.
- Subscription status: whether you have an active Stallwise Pro subscription. Payments are handled entirely by Apple. We never receive your card or billing details.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers. The app contains no ads, no third-party analytics, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
How we use it
- To sign you in and keep your records available on your devices.
- To calculate your results and insights inside the app.
- To send essential account emails, such as confirming your address or resetting your password.
- To provide Stallwise Pro features if you subscribe.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Your account and event records are stored with Supabase, our database and sign-in provider, which processes the data on our behalf. Access rules ensure each account can only read and change its own records. Subscriptions are processed by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy.
We share data with no one else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, your account details and all event records are permanently deleted from our database.
Your choices
- Export: download your events as a spreadsheet from Settings → Export your data.
- Correct or remove: edit or delete any event in the app at any time.
- Delete everything: Settings → Delete account permanently removes your account and all records. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
- Ask us: depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. Email us and we will help.
Children
Stallwise is intended for people running a small business and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app.
